Each piece purchased through the online store is purchased with the understanding that each piece is "one-of-a-kind" and unique. No two pieces will ever look the same. For the products we make, we adhere to a specific artistic theme; however, creation of the piece is determined by the artist.
For workshop sales; all reservations are final. If given 48hours notice, we may reschedule your workshop; however, after 48hours, no rescheduling will be made and your workshop slot will be forfeited. We require prepayment on every workshop and with a cancellation, your "slot" has already been reserved for you specifically.
